Red Butter Lettuce - The Crows Farm, Mount Vernon, WA - This velvety red butter lettuce is as tender as it is beautiful. Ideal for wrapping tacos or layering in sandwiches. Its mildly sweet flavor pairs well with citrusy vinaigrettes or a sprinkle of goat cheese.
